fix(ext/node): handle 'upgrade' responses (#19412)

This commit adds support for "upgrade" events in "node:http"
"ClientRequest". Currently only "Websocket" upgrades are
handled. Thanks to this change package like "npm:puppeteer"
and "npm:discord" should work.
