Alan Zimmerman 2a99a4c162 EEP70 strict generators in HIR 
Summary:
The prior diff updated the tree-sitter-erlang grammar to accept the `<:-` and `<:=` strict generator forms according to [EEP70](https://github.com/erlang/eep/blob/master/eeps/eep-0070.md) for the forthcoming OTP28 release.

Update ELP HIR to deal with them, adding a `strict` field to each of the generator types
