Micha Reiser 9f6913c488 [red-knot] Update salsa (#17320 ) ## Summary Update Salsa to pull in https://github.com/salsa-rs/salsa/pull/788 which fixes the, by now, famous access to field whilst the value is being initialized. ## Summary

Markdown files within the mdtest/ subdirectory are tests of type inference and type checking; executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
