Jupyter notebooks are converted into source files by joining with newlines, which confuses the check [too-many-newlines-at-end-of-file (W391)](https://docs.astral.sh/ruff/rules/too-many-newlines-at-end-of-file/#too-many-newlines-at-end-of-file-w391).
