Andrew Gallant b8b624d890 red_knot_python_semantic: migrate INVALID_ASSIGNMENT for inference ... This finishes the migration for the `INVALID_ASSIGNMENT` lint. Notice how I'm steadily losing steam in terms of actually improving the diagnostics. This change is more mechanical, because taking the time to revamp every diagnostic is a ton of effort.
