Part of #18972
This PR makes [invalid-pathlib-with-suffix
(PTH210)](https://docs.astral.sh/ruff/rules/invalid-pathlib-with-suffix/#invalid-pathlib-with-suffix-pth210)'s
example error out-of-the-box.
