Nicolas Guichard	b24914970f	Refactor label & docs from ide::hover::render to ide-db::defs::Definition ... To build the SymbolInformation::signature_documentation we need access to the “label” when building the TokenStaticData, preferably without any markdown markup. This makes code more readale and concise, moving all format arguments like `format!("{}", foo)` into the more compact `format!("{foo}")` form.
