Chayim Refael Friedman	ea140ef0a8	Do not remove the original token when descending into derives ... This caused rename to remove both, because it couldn't rename the derive-expanded one. We've had a few users get confused when VS Code shows `my_custom_check --args $saved_file`, as it looks like substitution didn't occur.
