e540f81cca Mark all our the builtin slint enums as non_exhaustive in Rust
So that if ever we make them public, we can still add values.

... all but the Orientation as it is often used in match and
will never get any other variant

compiler: Reject comparison on unsupported types
The compiler was accepting the comparison of types such as color, or
struct, and then later we'd get rust compilation error or interpreter
panic.

Example seen in the crash reporter:
`internal/interpreter/eval.rs:257:35`
```
unsupported Value::Brush(SolidColor(Color { red: 0, green: 0, blue: 0, alpha: 0 })) ≤ Value::Brush(SolidColor(Color { red: 255, green: 0, blue: 0, alpha: 255 }))
```

Note that some code hapenned to compile with rust or C++.
For example, comparison of bool, or anonymous struct (represented as
tuples), or color represeted as int)
So technically this is a breaking change.
But this should be fine as this was not working in the interpreter and
this is a bug fix.

ChangeLog: Slint compilation error for comparison of types that can't be
compared with less or greater operator.

4bb7412460 ChangeLog: Add float.to-fixed and float.to-precision

JavaScript's Number.toFixed() and Number.toPrecision().

They are implemented as no_mangle functions similar to the already
existing float to shared string conversion.

00471449b4 Fix compilation of Rust generated code when the generated code uses a return statement inside a block
We cast the result of the body of functions or binding expressions to
the target type via `as _`. When the code contains a return expression,
that works fine, because `return`'s type is the never type, which can be
coerced to a value of any type. However when the return statement is
inside a sub-block, the type becomes `()`, for which the `as _` cast
fails.

Work around this by attempting to detect the situation (return produces
Type::Invalid) and omit the trailing cast.
