Updated the version from 1.1 to 1.2
Renamed the header to "Slint Royalty-free Desktop, Mobile, and Web Applications License"
Added definition of "Mobile Application" and grant of right
Moved "Limitations" to 3rd section and "License Conditions - Attributions" to 2nd section
Added flexibility to choose between showing "MadeWithSlint" as a dialog/splash screen or on a public webpage
Moved the para on copyright notices to section under "Limitations"

Fix linking to the FAQ in the commercial LicenseRef

Point to the online copy by default and refer to the copy in the top
level of the slint repository checkout.
The problem is that the LicenseRef file is symlinked into several places
all over the tree, so there is no shared path to FAQ.md file.

Use the reuse tool to get a better grip on licenses used in sixtyfps.
Fix a couple of licenses along the way.
* Uses creative commons for our own logo (commercial use!)
* Fixes some license information found in README files and documents
them with proper .license files.
* Document Apache/MIT for helper_crates/const-field-offset which matches
what its documentaion site says it uses.
* Add a list of licenses that apply to crates we publish and the tooling
we have.
This patch only adds static information and does not contain any tooling
support.
