janitor: Go over our spell checking setup

* Extend the cspell word list
* Remove those extensions from individual source files
* white-list licenses and such as we should not meddle with those
* Fix spelling

reuse: remove glob for markdown files

Instead, place the copyright and license right into the source.
To satisfy reuse, this also removes the unnecessary MIT.txt
symlinks.
