Math.sign: Change behavior to return 1 when 0
This is consistent to the Rust/C++ behavior
Even if this depart from the JS behavior

Also replace the function with a Macro

Add support for importing Rust types from another crate Slint compilation (#9329)
To implement an external Slint library, the types and components implemented
in the .slint files needs to be exposed through the Rust crate.
A simple example example/app-library is added to demonstrate how to use this feature.

fb9a2c0f47 Simplify menu handling
Previously there were two kinds of Menu:
  1. "Simple" menu that don't have any `if` or `for`
  2. "Complex" menu that have `if` and `for`

For the first kind, we were generating in the compiler the `entries` and
`sub-menu` callback. This lead to more efficient and simple code at
runtime.
For the second kind, we generate an item tree so we can dynamically
produce them at runtime.

The issue is that as we added feature, the code became complex to
handle, even in the simple case as we need to create a `VRc<MenuVTable>`
also for the context menu so we can have native context menu.

We still need the "Simple" case for the internal though.
So for that I added a ShowPopupMenuInternal builtin function although it
only differ from ShowPopupMenu by the type of its second argument.
Since the generated code has lots in common, they are still handled
together.

The proof that the two different codepath were harmful is that removing
it showed a bug with contextmenu within repeated element.
the `contextmenu_delete.slint` started failling. It worked before
because it was only a problem with "Complex" menu and the test used a
"Simple" menu.

The change in the interpreter should also solve the issue #9031 which
were using the wrong item tree as the menu.

This fixes the contents of the `n`-th repeater inside the
`ComponentContainer` to also show up in the `n`-th repeater *after*
the `ComponentContainer`.

The ComponentContainer is lowered to a Comonent Container and a
dynamic tree node. The tree node is managed manually and I messed
up the repeater indices since there were no entries in the repeater
array for the embedded components. That mad things hard to keep
consistent as components get merged.

This chnages that: It lowers a Component Container to Something like this:

```slint
    ComponentContainer {
        if false: Emtpy {}
    }
```

This way the standard mechanismns make sure we have something to put into
the repeater list and that unscrews the indices, saving a bit of code along
the way.

The inserted repeated node is still marked as `is_component_placeholder`, so
that we can wire it up as needed.

f669df913c Fix miscompilation because of too-agressive optimization
We try to only visit the bindings of used property.
The problem is that when we visit the element, not all properties have
been marked as used, yet. We have a chicken and egg problem.

So just visit all bindings even for property we haven't reached.
This is unfortunate that we have to do that, and we'd need a much
deeper analysis to do this properly.

aaeb4a0df5 compiler: Add a DebugHook expression
You can not create this expression manually, but there
is a pass in the compiler that adds it to all set
properties in a compilation run.

All it does is basically associate an id with an expression,
so that we can then in a later step have the interpreter do
something with that information. Apart from that, it tries to
be as transparent as possible.

The LLR lowering removes that expression again, just so we can
be sure it does not end up in the generated live code.

0d8b0630c7 Avoid inlining @image-url() expressions that can be expensive due to cache misses
If the `image-url()` expression of an `Image { source: @image-url("large-image.png"); ... }` gets inlined into geometry getters and other places that are called for every frame, then we might end up decoding images every frame, if the image isn't in the 5MB image decoder cache. It's better to rely on the `property <image>` of the `Image` for caching the decoded image, so don't inline those.

This fixes CPU being time being spent constantly on decoding images on the home automation lock screen.

Reduce SmolStr <-> &str conversions and copies (#6688)
SmolStr has an Arc internally for large strings. This allows
cheap copies of large strings, but we lose that ability
when we convert the SmolStr to a &str and then reconstruct a
SmolStr from that slice.

I was hoping for some larger gains here, considering the impact
of this code change, but it only removes ~50k allocations,
while the impact on the runtime is not noticeable at all.

Still, I believe this is the right thing to do.

Before:
```
        allocations:            2338981
  Time (mean ± σ):     988.3 ms ±  17.9 ms    [User: 690.2 ms, System: 206.4 ms]
  Range (min … max):   956.4 ms … 1016.3 ms    10 runs
```

After:
```
        allocations:            2287723
  Time (mean ± σ):     989.8 ms ±  23.2 ms    [User: 699.2 ms, System: 197.6 ms]
  Range (min … max):   945.3 ms … 1021.4 ms    10 runs
```
