* Tools: Remove the unecessary 'FF' from generated colors
When colors in most UI tools are 100% alpha the extra 'FF' is auto cut
off for readability. e.g. #000000FF becomes #000000 . Since introducing
the new color pickers this has been the case on the UI side. However the
code generator for gradients was inconsistent and would still add in the
unnecessary 'FF'. This fixes that and makes generated gradient code
tidier.

live-preview: Auto highlight property on focus ( #9588 )

When clicking a property the value was not being highlighted. So as you
would type the value or '0' would be left and you would end up seeing
`x: 030`. This now adds the expected behaviour where the value is
highlighted on focus and typing replaces the whole value.

MacOS 26 introduced Liquid Glass and a change to app icons. They now require a background, and to support 'default', 'dark' and 'transparent' variants. Apple Icon Composer was used to create a new icon, then exported to Xcode which builds the file into a *.icns file. This shows a default icon on systems older OS's and a correct looking and behaving icon on the latest OS.

When we have a property such as
`property <int> foo: 45;`
And the live-preview user wants to reset the value of that property,
we should keep the property there.
So the result should be
`property <int> foo;`
and not remove the property completely as the old code was doing,
otherwise it is likely that this wouldn't compile if the property was
used anyway.

So we can locate the files relative to the .rs file instead of relative
to the Cargo.toml file.
For compatibility with previous version and older rust, still try to
locate files relative to the Cargo.toml for rust files.
The LSP will always auto-complete relative to the .rs file
The live-preview for Rust need to make the file absolute because it
isn't in the case of a macro

Now a single version of common packages is defined in the root package.json.
The projects then link to that and only this single reference ever needs to be updated.
It should result in less duplicate security warnings and allow dependabot to auto fix security alerts.
