Simon Hausmann d4a6c5774e Add support for writing tests that run with all styles 
Tests under tests/cases/for_each_style are run with all styles at least
in the Rust driver.

Amends 6bb9905191 to include a test that
using edited works.

WARNING: This crate does not follow the semver convention for versioning and can only be used with version = "=x.y.z" in Cargo.toml.
