## Description This PR adds relative FuelVM jump instructions `jmpb`, `jmpf`, `jnzb`, `jnzf`, `jneb`, `jnef`, as well as `jal` to `asm` blocks. This is done for completeness (other jump instructions are already available in `asm`) but most of all to be able to experiment with optimizations by creating non-restricted, manually defined code in `asm` within Sway programs.
