This PR updates the version to 0.1.8 after publishing to PyPI.

- Updated version in `src/claude_agent_sdk/_version.py` to 0.1.8
- Updated bundled CLI version in `src/claude_agent_sdk/_cli_version.py`
to 2.0.45
- Updated `CHANGELOG.md` with release notes
