GH-125413: Revert addition of pathlib.Path.scandir()
method (#127377)
Remove documentation for `pathlib.Path.scandir()`, and rename the method to `_scandir()`. In the private pathlib ABCs, make `iterdir()` abstract and call it from `_scandir()`.
