GH-78722: Raise exceptions from pathlib.Path.iterdir() without delay. (#107320)

Browse source 
`pathlib.Path.iterdir()` now immediately raises any `OSError`
exception from `os.listdir()`, rather than waiting until its
result is iterated over.
