	Fix for SF bug #436525, reported by Greg Kochanski:
The block/unblock thread macros are called 'Py_BLOCK_THREADS' and 'Py_UNBLOCK_THREADS', not 'Py_BEGIN_BLOCK_THREADS' and 'Py_BEGIN_UNBLOCK_THREADS'.
