601c0591c2 Fix test_urllib broken by my previous commits. The assumptions it was 
testing were added as part of the issue10050 change that caused the
wrong behavior in the first place.  now all test cases agree on the
behavior.

09a7c72cad Merge from 3.1: Issue #13703: add a way to randomize the hash values of basic types (str, bytes, datetime) 
in order to make algorithmic complexity attacks on (e.g.) web apps much more complicated.

The environment variable PYTHONHASHSEED and the new command line flag -R control this
behavior.

a5c85b3f5f Issue #22366: urllib.request.urlopen will accept a context object (SSLContext) 
as an argument which will then used be for HTTPS connection.
