a1a0fef2ea Unified handle-conversion scheme to 
handle = Ctl.as_Resource(ctl)
  ctl = Ctl.as_Control(handle)
and similarly for List, Menu, TE. The old handle.as_Control() methods are
still there for backward compatability.
