test_macfs found an error on the first day of its existence: round trips for date values to FSSpec.{Get,Set}Dates didn't work in MacPython-OS9. Fixed.

Removed the SetDates warning. The warning is in the readme, and the print statement was too obtrusive (it appeared during the installation process, and the user needed to close the resulting window manually).

Moved most of Mac/Lib hierarchy to Lib/plat-mac: it can be used both

in MacPython-OS9 and MacPython-OSX (or the equivalent unix Python on
Mac OS X). The only items remaining in Mac/Lib are modules that are
meaningful only for MacPython-OS9 (CFM stuff, MacPython preferences
in resources, etc).
