4ff91eb5e3 Issue #22384: An exception in Tkinter callback no longer crashes the program 
when it is run with pythonw.exe.

Documented that Tk.report_callback_exception() is purposed to be overriden in
applications.

66106626ed Issue #22236: Tkinter tests now don't reuse default root window. New root 
window is created for every test class.

Fixed Tkinter images copying operations in NoDefaultRoot mode.

Tcl command names generated for "after" callbacks now contains a name of
original function.

320f339131 Issue #6167: Scrollbar.activate() now returns the name of active element if 
the argument is not specified.  Scrollbar.set() now always accepts only 2
arguments.  Added tests for Scrollbar.activate() and Scrollbar.set().
