804e05e800 Issue #19437: Use an identifier for "__name__" string in pickle to improve 
error handling

The following code didn't handle correctly the failure of
PyUnicode_InternFromString("__name__").

if (newobj_str == NULL) {
    newobj_str = PyUnicode_InternFromString("__newobj__");
    name_str = PyUnicode_InternFromString("__name__");
    if (newobj_str == NULL || name_str == NULL)
        return -1;
}

8b097b4ed7 Close #17828: better handling of codec errors 
- output type errors now redirect users to the type-neutral
  convenience functions in the codecs module
- stateless errors that occur during encoding and decoding
  will now be automatically wrapped in exceptions that give
  the name of the codec involved

45956b9a33 Close #19466: Clear the frames of daemon threads earlier during the Python 
shutdown to call objects destructors. So "unclosed file" resource warnings are
now corretly emitted for daemon threads.

785918250f Closes #6683: add a test that exercises multiple authentication. 
The SMTP server advertises four different authentication methods, and
the code will try CRAM-MD5 first, which will fail, but LOGIN succeeds.
