Broken Py3.1 release build in Visual Studio 2005
The CRT runtime structure that holds ioinfo doesn't appear to match the decleration from the headers provided with the Visual Studio 2005 crt sources. In Release, an extra 8 bytes follow the final BOOL. I cannot explain this, but the code works now, both in 32 bits and 64

This refactoring should make it easier to add new calling conventions.
Replace ffi_call_STDCALL and ffi_call_SYSV by a ffi_call_x86 function
that cleans up the stack when FFI_SYSV is used, and does nothing for
FFI_STDCALL.
Remove libffi_msvc\win32.S, which is out of date and also unused; it
was only used for building ctypes with the MingW compiler.

isSequenceType(), isMappingType(), and isNumberType() in favor
of using abstract base classes. Also, remove repeat() and irepeat()
in favor of mul() and imul().
After the buildbots have had a go at this. Will backport to Py3.0.1.
For Py2.7, will just mark as deprecated.
