a89d22aff3 Issue #28449: tarfile.open() with mode "r" or "r:" now tries to open a tar 
file with compression before trying to open it without compression.  Otherwise
it had 50% chance failed with ignore_zeros=True.

016a9acb26 Issue #27939: Fixed bugs in tkinter.ttk.LabeledScale and tkinter.Scale caused 
by representing the scale as float value internally in Tk.  tkinter.IntVar
now works if float value is set to underlying Tk variable.

PyType_Ready() sets the reference to &PyType_Type.

&PyType_Type cannot be resolved at compilation time (not on Windows?).

a0c1ba608e Issue #28544: Implement asyncio.Task in C. 
This implementation provides additional 10-20% speed boost for
asyncio programs.

The patch also fixes _asynciomodule.c to use Arguments Clinic, and
makes '_schedule_callbacks' an overridable method (as it was in 3.5).
