When the _Py_SINGLETON() is used, Argument Clinic now adds an
explicit "pycore_runtime.h" include to get the macro. Previously, the
macro may or may not be included indirectly by another include.
Previously the C implementation of pickle.Pickler and pickle.Unpickler
classes did not have such methods and they could only be used if
they were overloaded in subclasses or set as instance attributes.
Fixed calling super().persistent_id() and super().persistent_load() in
subclasses of the C implementation of pickle.Pickler and pickle.Unpickler
classes. It no longer causes an infinite recursion.

Replace PyUnicode_AsUTF8AndSize() with PyUnicode_AsUTF8() to remove
the explicit check for embedded null characters.
The change avoids to have to include explicitly <string.h> to get the
strlen() function when using a recent version of the limited C API.

Argument Clinic now only includes pycore_gc.h if PyGC_Head is needed,

the _PyID() function.
* Fix rendering of includes: comments start at the column 35.

Effects:
* 42 header files generated by AC no longer include the internal C
API, instead of 4 header files before. For example,
Modules/clinic/_abc.c.h no longer includes the internal C API.
* Fix _testclinic_depr.c.h: it now always includes pycore_runtime.h
to get _Py_ID().
The implementation of __sizeof__() methods using _PyObject_SIZE() now
use an unsigned type (size_t) to compute the size, rather than a signed
type (Py_ssize_t).
Cast explicitly signed (Py_ssize_t) values to unsigned type
(Py_ssize_t).
We only statically initialize for core code and builtin modules. Extension modules still create
the tuple at runtime. We'll solve that part of interpreter isolation separately.
This change includes generated code. The non-generated changes are in:
* Tools/clinic/clinic.py
* Python/getargs.c
* Include/cpython/modsupport.h
* Makefile.pre.in (re-generate global strings after running clinic)

All other changes are generated code (clinic, global strings).
Some portions of the pickle documentation hadn't been updated for the pickle protocol changes in Python 3.8 (new protocol 5, default protocol 4). This PR fixes those docs.

In ArgumentClinic, value "NULL" should now be used only for unrepresentable default values
(like in the optional third parameter of getattr). "None" should be used if None is accepted
as argument and passing None has the same effect as not passing the argument at all.
Use _PyArg_CheckPositional() and inlined code instead of
PyArg_UnpackTuple() and _PyArg_UnpackStack() if all parameters
are positional and use the "object" converter.
Fix invalid function cast warnings with gcc 8
for method conventions different from METH_NOARGS, METH_O and
METH_VARARGS in Argument Clinic generated code.
This makes performance better and produces shorter pickles. This change is backwards compatible up to the oldest currently supported version of Python (3.4).
The function '_PyArg_ParseStack()' and
'_PyArg_UnpackStack' were failing (with error
"XXX() takes Y argument (Z given)") before
the function '_PyArg_NoStackKeywords()' was called.
Thus, the latter did not raise its more meaningful
error : "XXX() takes no keyword arguments".
Issue #29286. Run Argument Clinic to get the new faster METH_FASTCALL calling
convention for functions using "boring" positional arguments.
Manually fix _elementtree: _elementtree_XMLParser_doctype() must remain
consistent with the clinic code.
This changes the main documentation, doc strings, source code comments, and a
couple error messages in the test suite. In some cases the word was removed
or edited some other way to fix the grammar.
The new syntax is highly human readable while still preventing false
positives. The syntax also extends Python syntax to denote "self" and
positional-only parameters, allowing inspect.Signature objects to be
totally accurate for all supported builtins in Python 3.4.
annotate text signatures in docstrings, resulting in fewer false
positives. "self" parameters are also explicitly marked, allowing
inspect.Signature() to authoritatively detect (and skip) said parameters.
Issue #20326: Argument Clinic now generates separate checksums for the
input and output sections of the block, allowing external tools to verify
that the input has not changed (and thus the output is not out-of-date).
