7107c1aff3 Got rid of macglue.h, replacing it by pymactoolbox.h where relevant. 
Cleaned up various things in the toolbox modules.

e2ba87396c Got angry and added support for pretty much the whole file and folder 
manager. This should allow us the get rid of most of the FSSpecs, only
navigation services remains to be done.
