(a) "except E, V" -> "except E as V"
(b) V is now limited to a simple name (local variable)
(c) V is now deleted at the end of the except block

Note that readframes() returns data in linear format, even if the original
is encoded in u-LAW format. Based on suggestion from Anthony Baxter
<anthony_baxter@users.sourceforge.net>.
This closes bug #122273.

When looking for things that might be modules, include *module.c from
the Modules/ directory. Most of the remaining undocumented modules
seem to be living there.
