8954cd36ba Fix for issue #5408. This only enables test_osx_env when the current build 
is actually a framework build on OSX (the only environment where this test
is valid).

3e264e13ed This fixes issue5143 and includes a test. 
Issue5143 notes that getpath.c and main.c pass a 'char*' where
a 'wchar_t*' is expected on OSX.
