0246422b97 bpo-28814: Undeprecate inadvertently deprecated inspect functions. (#122) (#244)
Nick Coghlan said on bpo-28814:

This commit undeprecates these functions and adds a note to ignore
previous deprecation notices.

exclude_patterns in Sphinx conf.py will exclude the .rsts from the build. It
was incorrect exclude 2.x rsts in that. This fix contributed again Jelle

doctests skip option.
