failure when the test is ran the second time.

The root attribute was set in parent class in setUpClass and then
overridded in child class in tearDownClass.

f299abdafa Issue #23731: Implement PEP 488. 
The concept of .pyo files no longer exists. Now .pyc files have an
optional `opt-` tag which specifies if any extra optimizations beyond
the peepholer were applied.

returns bool.  tkinter.BooleanVar now validates input values (accepted bool,
int, str, and Tcl_Obj).  tkinter.BooleanVar.get() now always returns bool.

0f032a0456 Always handle non-handled events before destoying root widget in tests. 
This gets rid of  Tcl warnings when they are handled later when the root is
already destroyed.

320f339131 Issue #6167: Scrollbar.activate() now returns the name of active element if 
the argument is not specified.  Scrollbar.set() now always accepts only 2
arguments.  Added tests for Scrollbar.activate() and Scrollbar.set().

ceced6bfea Issue #18604: Consolidated checks for GUI availability. 
test_support._is_gui_available is now defined the same way on every
platform, and now includes the Windows-specific check that had been in the
Windows version of _is_gui_available and the OSX-specific check that was
in tkinter.test.support.check_tk_availability.  Also, every platform
checks whether Tk can be instantiated (if the platform-specific checks
passed).
