Support redshift's columns definition list for system information functions (#769)

* Renamed ColsDefinition to TableAliasDefinition

added generic dialect

* Tests fixed

* Visitor for IdentPair

* Parsing redshift table alias based on indentifier and
parentheses instead of function name

* fix clippy
