4941774f59 Issue #15502: Bring the importlib.PathFinder docs and docstring more in line with the new import system documentation, and fix various parts of the new docs that weren't quite right given PEP 420 or were otherwise a bit misleading. d5698cbbca Fix initialization of the faulthandler module 
faulthandler requires the importlib if "-X faulthandler" option is present on
the command line, so initialize faulthandler after importlib.

Add also an unit test.

722d3aec2e Issue #15508: Fix the docstring for __import__ to not mention negative 
'level' values and set its document default value to 0.

c556c64405 Issue #14018: Update the OS X IDLE Tcl/Tk warning check to include 
the Apple-supplied Tck/Tk versions shipped with OS X 10.7 and 10.8.
They are not as buggy as the 10.6 version but can still easily crash.

2910a7ba6b Issue #14018: Fix OS X Tcl/Tk framework checking when using OS X SDKs. 
Also add tests in the OS X installer build to ensure that the desired
dynamic linking with an optional newer Tcl/Tk in /Library actually
happens.
