e81c376080 Issue #2801: fix bug in float.is_integer where ValueError 
could be incorrectly raised.  This is a backport of the
Py3k fix in r62939.  (Should really have been fixed
in the trunk first and svnmerged into py3k.)

bfb997d6a5 Make test.test_support.catch_warning() take an argument specifying if any 
triggered warnings should be captured. This allows the context manager to be
used to just prevent the internal state of the 'warnings' framework and thus
allow triggered warnings to be displayed.
