- Changed patch() to return paths relative to worktree root instead of absolute paths
- This ensures consistency across all snapshot operations
- Updated revert() to handle relative paths correctly when deleting files
- Added comprehensive tests for subdirectory tracking behavior
- Paths are now portable and consistent regardless of where operations are run from

5d57607801 tui: improve diff display in session revert view 
- Parse diff using diff library parsePatch function
- Show changed files with addition/removal counts
- Strip a/b prefixes from file paths
- Use theme colors for additions (green) and deletions (red)
- Only show counts when > 0
- Add top margin to file list
