87bfdb2c50 tui: improve session status handling and loading indicators 
- Add status() method to sync context for unified session state detection
- Refactor prompt component to use centralized status method
- Add shimmer loading indicator for incomplete assistant messages
- Show compacting/generating status based on message summary
- Include summary flag in compaction configuration
